What can I expect when getting an estimate?

+

Brandon will visit your property (or review photos/video for smaller projects), discuss your vision, and provide a detailed written estimate — usually within 24 hours. The estimate is completely free with no obligation. He'll walk you through the scope, timeline, paint options, and answer every question you have.

Do you repair drywall or rotten wood before painting?

+

Yes. Prep work is the foundation of a great paint job. We patch drywall, sand, and prime before painting. For exterior projects, we replace rotted wood, caulk gaps, and repair damaged surfaces. If the repairs go beyond what's typical for a painting project, we'll let you know during the estimate and discuss options.

What kind of guarantee do you provide on scheduling?

+

We put our money where our mouth is: if we don't start and finish your project on the schedule we committed to, we take $100 off the final bill. We show up when we say we will — that's a core part of who we are.

Do you offer color and design help?

+

Absolutely — and it's free with every project. Sally, our in-house color consultant, has years of experience helping homeowners and business owners choose cohesive, beautiful palettes. She'll guide you through options, bring samples, and make sure the colors work with your lighting, furniture, and architecture.

How long is your warranty, and what does it cover?

+

We stand behind our work. Our warranty covers peeling, blistering, and excessive fading of the paint we apply — typically for a period of 2-3 years depending on the product and surface. Exterior warranties vary by exposure and Colorado weather conditions. Every warranty detail is clearly explained in your estimate, never hidden in fine print.

Should I paint my garage door?

+

It depends. Most steel and aluminum garage doors come with a highly durable factory finish (baked enamel or powder coating) that lasts years with minimal maintenance. If you paint over it, the new finish will need to be maintained every 5-10 years. However, if your existing finish is chalking, rusting, or peeling — or if you've repainted the house and the doors no longer match — painting is a great option. We'll give you an honest recommendation during the estimate.

Can you work around my business hours?

+

Yes — we're available 24/7 for commercial projects. Nights, weekends, off-hours — whatever keeps your business running smoothly. We'll work out a schedule during the estimate that minimizes disruption to your operations.

What areas do you serve?

+

We're based in Aurora and serve the greater Denver metro area including Denver, Centennial, Arvada, Red Rocks, and nearby communities throughout Colorado. If you're not sure if we cover your area, just ask — we may be closer than you think.

How do you handle Colorado weather for exterior projects?

+

Colorado weather is unpredictable, and we plan for it. We monitor forecasts closely and schedule exterior work during optimal weather windows. We use cold-weather formulations when needed and can paint year-round when conditions allow — the key is surface temperature, not air temperature. If weather delays your project, we communicate immediately and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

What makes New Line different from other painters?

+

It comes down to three things: genuine care, obsessive prep, and a crew you actually enjoy having around. Brandon built this company on the belief that painting transforms how a home feels every single day. We treat every property like it belongs to our own mother. That means thorough prep, premium paints, clean work, and meticulous cleanup. Our clients tell us they nearly cry when they pull into the driveway. That's our standard.
